Visa & insurance questions

Do I need to book my trip with Flip To Trip to use the Visa Desk?

No. You can use our Visa Desk even if you’re booking your flights, hotels or other travel arrangements separately.

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?

No. The final decision rests with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We help you understand the requirements, prepare your documents and submit a complete application.

How early should I start my visa application?

We recommend starting as early as possible, ideally several weeks before your planned travel date. The ideal timeline varies by destination, visa type and appointment availability, so we’ll advise you based on your trip.

I’ve been refused a visa before. Can you still help?

Yes. A previous refusal doesn’t automatically mean you can’t apply again. We’ll review your situation, understand the previous refusal and guide you on the documents and information needed for your next application.

Is travel insurance mandatory for my destination?

It depends on the destination and visa or entry requirements. Some countries require travel insurance as part of the visa application, while for others it may not be mandatory. We’ll let you know what applies to your trip.

Can I get visa assistance and travel insurance separately?

Yes. You can choose visa assistance, travel insurance, or both. Just tell us what you need when you fill out the form.
